Going to get that scle MOVIN..


for a few months i have really just been working on my running ! tho i love that still run everyday i let what i ate just be that ate what i wanted tho it all worked out in the end i have just been staying the same on the scale but i REALLY want to get it moving down again if i weigh less i will run better at 160 your considered a BIG runner NICE huh so i need to get down lower and i bet my speed will get better to !
i have been getting a run in either with my family or by myself then for my 2nd workout i have been doing elliptical i see the scale moving !!!
i have a goal outfit i want to buy it is a livestong !

How often do you do the 2nd workout? I started doing this near the end of the last weight challenge and it really helped getting the scale moving down when I needed it too. Just not sure how often to do it.

Traci when i started back in 08 i did 2 workouts all the time 7 days a week for about 5 months then backed off then i just did them as i wanted when i felt i wanted to really the past yr i have just maintained and that is fine with me but time to get to my goal weight ! or as close as i can to it any way

ah ok. I've just been doing it on occasion, which is enough for me. Thanks so much for all of the support. You totally get it all. Everything I struggle with and get through. You are such an inspiration for me.
